NUTRELA CHUNKS (SOYABEAN KI BADI KI SABJI) CURRY RECIPE.

Nutrela chunks or soyabean badi is a rich source of protein.vegetarian people must include it in their diet nutrela chunks can be made with many types of gravies it can be made with onion tomato and garlic paste it can also be made with curd and cream. today we will prepair  this recipe with curd and cream.

INGREDIENTS:  soya chunks 50 grams, 100 gram curd, 50 gram green korma one tablespoon ghee, A Pinch of him, half teaspoon garam masala powder one teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chopped green coriander leaves one green chilli chopped, 1 Bay leaf, one cardamom, 1 clove.

RECIPE:  in a cooking bowl add 1 cup of water.1 tsp salt and soya chunks.boil it for 10 minutes.separate water from chunks.wash with water.squeeze extra water. In an another cooking pan heat ghee.add clove,cardemom,bay leaf.let it crackled.add hing.priorly in a separate bowl mix curd chilli powder,coriander powder salt and turmeric powder.mix well.add it in hot ghee mixture .cook till ghee separate from gravy.add green chilli and garam masala powder .mix wel.add cream .cook for 1-2 minutes.garnish with coriander leaves and cream.

RAJASTHANI KADHI(HAVEJI)

You would have heard many type many types of kadhi recipes like gujrati kadhi,sindhi kadhi,veg kadhi.there is an another KADHI called HAVEJI in rajasthan specialy in jodhpur.it is made of gram and gram flour. Today i will share you the recipe of rajasthani kadhi.

INGREDIENTS: one tablespoon gram flour, hundred gram curd . one fourth teaspoon Rai (mustard seeds) 2 pinch of Hing .7 to 8 curry patta 1/4tea spoon fenugreek seeds ,half teaspoon red chilli powder ,one fourth teaspoon turmeric powder ,1 teaspoon salt, one tablespoon ghee, one teaspoon oil ,2 tablespoons chopped green coriander leaves, 1 green chilli( chopped) ,2 tablespoon gram, 1 tbsp chopped onion.

RECIPE: boil gram in a cooker till soften (two whistle of cooker is enough).in a Cooking Pan add Rai and fenugreek seeds let it crackled add one Pinch of hing and curry leaves add boiled gram.cook for a minute.add chilli powder turmeric powder and salt mix well. in an another bowl add curd and gram flour add 1 cup of water mix well add this mixture into Cooking Pan mix well add some more water stir it regularly if kadhi thickens add some more water cook Kadhi Till some ghee separate from Kadhi .in a small Cooking Pan heat oil add A Pinch of hing, one fourth teaspoon chili powder and green chillies add it in  the kadhi. add coriander leaves for garnishing . it is ready to serve with chapati or bajre ki roti or rice.

JODHPURI POTATO (ALOO) DAHI CURRY.

Potato is the main ingredient of many dishes. In jodhpur rajasthan a curry is cooked with potato and curd is very common and everyone likes this recipe in jodhpur.children like it too much.it is the main curry of lunch in jodhpur.this recipe is also cooked for children's tiffins.

Jodhpuri potato curry
Ingredients: 200gm (boiled , peeled and cut into medium size pieces)potato ,250gm full cream curd,1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,2 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp kasuri methi,1/2 tsp garam masala powder,1 tbs oil,1/2 tsp cumin,1/4 tsp hing,1tbs chopped coriander leaf,1 green chilli chopped,
RECIPE: in a bowl add curd chilli powder,coriander and turmeric powder mix wel.heat oil in a cooking pan.add cumin let it crackled.add hing and curd mixture.cook till gravy separate the oil.cook more for 5 minutes.add salt,kasuri methi ,green chilli and potato.add garam masala powder .cook for 2-3 minutes.garnish with green coriander,slice of lemon and strips of chilli.

BUTTERY DAL FRY RECIPE.

Hello friend here i am sharing you quick and easy dal fry recipe with a special flavour of butter.
 Ok friends now we start to cook buttery Dal Fry recipe. Here are the ingredients for Dal fry
INGREDIENTS:100gm Arhar/tuhar dal,50gm masoor dal. One teaspoon crushed garlic , half teaspoon Ginger crushed, 1 tablespoons chopped onion, 1 tablespoons chopped green coriander leaves ,one teaspoon chopped green chillies ,one tablespoon butter,1tsp garam masala powder. One teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt, half teaspoon turmeric powder.                                     RECIPE: wash both dals properly take a cooker add salt , turmeric powder and two cup of water. cook till the Dal  meshed .generally after 5 vishals of cooker Dal cooked properly.
In a separate cooking pan add butter heat it well add ginger garlic and onion cook  till onion became light brown .add chilli powder mix well. add dal mix well. cook for 3-5 minutes. add garam masala powder mix well in the end garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chillies serve it with butter naan.

EASY AND QUICK CHEESE BREAD ROLL RECIPE

Many times we want to eat some tasty snack.. But many of them take too much time to prepare.today i will share you a easy and quick recipe of a tasty snack which you cook whenever you have a little huger .that is cheese bread roll.

Here are the ingredients for cheese bread roll
Ingredients: 10 slice of bread, 4 cube of cheese, one tablespoon chopped shimla mirch(bell pepper), one tablespoon chopped onion, 1 tbsp coriander leaves ,one teaspoon chopped green chillies, half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon salt ,1 teaspoons Amul butter ,half cup milk
RECIPE: cut cheese cubes in strips mix all ingredients except cheese mix well till the dough became smooth .dough should be like chapati dough not too much loose.take small part from the dough spread it on palm put a cheese strip on it .cover the cheese with dough. make a shape like roll. Deep fry in oil.serve with tomato sauce or mayonese.
Note:if dough is loose add 1 -2 bread .use milk only as requirment.squeeze extra water from vegetables.

SMOKY GAWARFALI DESI RAJASTHANI RECIPE

Smoky gwarfali is called 'dhungari hui gwarfali' in jodhpur rajasthan. It is a protein rich snack. Today I am sharing it's recipe.

Ingredients: gwarfali100gm.crushed garlic  1/4 tsp.salt accordingly taste. 1 piece of coal. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp 
Method: boil gwarfali in water with salt when soften.pour in a sieve. Heat ghee in a pot add garlic cook for some seconds add chilli powder  salt and gWarfali. Stir well. Switch off gas.  Heat coal on gas when start burning put In a small bowl. Put bowl of coal in pot of gwarfali.  pour 1/4  tsp ghee on burning coal and put a lid on pot. Leave for 10 minutes. Now u can enjoy it. 




Lababdar palak paneer sabji ki recipe



Hello my foody and lovely friends today i cooked 
lababdar palak paneer. Everyone in my family liked it too much therefore i thought to share its recipe with you. It is a easy and very delicious recipe.i will show you step by step procedure.   


LABABDAR PALAK PANEER.       
Ingrededients: paneer 200gm,palak 300gm,oil 2tbs,2 cloves,1 bay leaf,2 onion or 150gm,1 tsp crushed garlic,1/4 tsp ginger,100gm curd,2tbs cashew nut powder,1 tablespoon  fried or roasted cashew nuts ,1tbs khoya,1 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder.1tsp ghee,baking soda a pinch. Kitchen King Garam Masala( I prefer Everest Kitchen King masala) 1 teaspoon kasuri methi

RECIPE: 
Wash Palak with lots of water then put into a cooking pot add a pinch baking  soda cook for 7 to 10 minutes. in a different pot add oil heat it and add cloves and bay leaf let it crackled add 
 Chopped onion and ginger cook till beame light brown then add red chilli powder coriander powder and turmeric powder cook for half minute then add khoya cook for some seconds then add curd cook till oil separate from gravy. Grind Palak and add into gravy cook for 4 to 5 minutes in a different pot Heat ghee add crushed garlic and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder mix well and add it into Palak Paneer Gravy. Cut paneer into small cubes and fry it on a non stick tawa fry till became light brown add paneer into  gravy mix well.
add Kitchen King  Garam Masala powder  and  kasuri methi cook for half minute add some roasted or fried cashew nut for garnishing. your lababdar palak paneer is ready to eat.

INGREDIENTS;       200GM KUMBHI, 150GM CURD, 1 BAY LEAF, 2 CLOVES, 2 TBS GHEE, 1 PIECE CINNAMON, 2 BIG ONION(250GM)  CHOPPED ,1 TBS CRUSHED GARLIC, 1/4 TBS CRUSHED GINGER, 1TBS CHILLI POWDER, 1 TBS CORIADER POWDER,1/4 TBS TURMERIC POWDER , SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE,2 TBS MALAI , 1/4 CUP TOMATO PUREE.1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.

METOD;   WASH KUMBHI WITH LOTS OF WATER  BECAUSE IT HAS TOO MUCH DUST ON IT.THEN CUT IN MEDIUM SIZE PIECES. IN A POT HEAT GHEE ADD CLOVE ,CINNAMON AND BAY LEAF LET IT CRACKLED.ADD CHOPPED ONION, COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN .ADD GINGER, TOMATO PUREE, CHILLI POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,SALT. COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES.ADD CURD AND MALAI .COOK TILL GHEE SEPARATE FROM GRAVY. ADD KUMBHI COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.IN A SEPARATE SMALL PAN HEAT 1 TSP GHEE ADD GARLIC AND A PINCH OF RED CHILLI POWDER.MIX WEL AND ADD INTO KUMBHI KI SABJI .MIX WEL AGAIN ,ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER..GARNISH WITH GREEN CHILLI SLICES AND GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.Button Mushroon Curry royalty-free stock photo

Authentic recipe of rejasthani "kheech"

Ingredients : 1cup bajra
                        1/4 cup moth daal
                         Desi ghee or til(seasom oil) oil
                         Water    4 cups
                          Salt according to ur taste 
Method: 1 wash Bajra. And keep it for 3-4 hours. 
   2 .keep bajra in okhali and work with musal till separate the outer layer of Bajra. Separate the skin(outer layer)  of bajra
3. Wash moth daal. 
4.in a degachi(rajasthani cooking pot) boil water and pour the bajra and moth daal and salt.bring to boil. . Cook for 1 hour on low flame. Add some ghee/seasom oil during cooking. U can add some more hot water as requirement. 
5.serve with lots of ghee or seasom oil according to ur taste. Garlic chutney taste best with kheech. 
Note:mix kheech and ghee with ur fingers for some minutes then eat u will get best authentic taste.
