RAJASTHANI KADHI(HAVEJI)

You would have heard many type many types of kadhi recipes like gujrati kadhi,sindhi kadhi,veg kadhi.there is an another KADHI called HAVEJI in rajasthan specialy in jodhpur.it is made of gram and gram flour. Today i will share you the recipe of rajasthani kadhi.

INGREDIENTS: one tablespoon gram flour, hundred gram curd . one fourth teaspoon Rai (mustard seeds) 2 pinch of Hing .7 to 8 curry patta 1/4tea spoon fenugreek seeds ,half teaspoon red chilli powder ,one fourth teaspoon turmeric powder ,1 teaspoon salt, one tablespoon ghee, one teaspoon oil ,2 tablespoons chopped green coriander leaves, 1 green chilli( chopped) ,2 tablespoon gram, 1 tbsp chopped onion.

RECIPE: boil gram in a cooker till soften (two whistle of cooker is enough).in a Cooking Pan add Rai and fenugreek seeds let it crackled add one Pinch of hing and curry leaves add boiled gram.cook for a minute.add chilli powder turmeric powder and salt mix well. in an another bowl add curd and gram flour add 1 cup of water mix well add this mixture into Cooking Pan mix well add some more water stir it regularly if kadhi thickens add some more water cook Kadhi Till some ghee separate from Kadhi .in a small Cooking Pan heat oil add A Pinch of hing, one fourth teaspoon chili powder and green chillies add it in  the kadhi. add coriander leaves for garnishing . it is ready to serve with chapati or bajre ki roti or rice.
