NUTRELA CHUNKS (SOYABEAN KI BADI KI SABJI) CURRY RECIPE.

Nutrela chunks or soyabean badi is a rich source of protein.vegetarian people must include it in their diet nutrela chunks can be made with many types of gravies it can be made with onion tomato and garlic paste it can also be made with curd and cream. today we will prepair  this recipe with curd and cream.

INGREDIENTS:  soya chunks 50 grams, 100 gram curd, 50 gram green korma one tablespoon ghee, A Pinch of him, half teaspoon garam masala powder one teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chopped green coriander leaves one green chilli chopped, 1 Bay leaf, one cardamom, 1 clove.

RECIPE:  in a cooking bowl add 1 cup of water.1 tsp salt and soya chunks.boil it for 10 minutes.separate water from chunks.wash with water.squeeze extra water. In an another cooking pan heat ghee.add clove,cardemom,bay leaf.let it crackled.add hing.priorly in a separate bowl mix curd chilli powder,coriander powder salt and turmeric powder.mix well.add it in hot ghee mixture .cook till ghee separate from gravy.add green chilli and garam masala powder .mix wel.add cream .cook for 1-2 minutes.garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
